The details you provide will be used to complete your purchase. The same details are used to contact you, for example if there is a problem with your reservation or if an event is cancelled.For information on how Seller Danza processes your personal data, please refer below and the information on the Privacy Policy page.To reserve and/or participate in our events, proceed as follows:- Search and find event(s);- Enter your contact details and double check that the details are correct;- Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy;- Check that you have received a confirmation via email or SMS with the information of the event(s) as you requested;- If the event its needed to be paid, proceed to the payment methods available;- Confirm your purchase.As an attendee, you are responsible for checking that the details of your reservation and/or participation (postal and email addresses, event date and time, correct venue, number of tickets, etc.) are correct before entering the indicated venue.If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours after completing your reservation, please call the office on +351 960061426 or send an email to info@sellerdanza.bizIf you have problems with any of the above, please call Borinquén: Artistic and Botanical Garden’s office on +351 960061426.CancellationWith Seller Danza’s cancellation protection, you can cancel your reservation up to 3 weeks prior to the event’s date. The cancellation protection only applies for the event you reserved it for.If there was a price for the reservation, it will be refunded. In the event of illness or injury, you can cancel up until the day before the performance, in which case you will receive a gift voucher equivalent to the price of the reservation. Cancellation due to illness or injury must be certified with a medical certificate or a police report. This must be submitted within one week of the cancellation.Cancellation of an eventIf an event cannot be developed, it will be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact you via email or SMS.If there was a price fee, you can choose to either get a refund or exchange your reservation for a different date of the same event. The refund/exchange must take place within 3 weeks from the date the event or event is cancelled. A change of production or location/venue, it’s not constituted as a cancelled event and is usually non-refundable.Administration fees are non-refundable.Force MajeureThe Seller Danza’s obligations under the Terms and Conditions, including responsibility for implementing the event and who has reserved it, the right to a refund, will cease to apply if the event is affected by a force majeure situation before or during the event. Force majeure refers to circumstances beyond Seller Danza’s reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riots, terrorism, major outbreaks, fire, floods, strikes, weather, national security orders or instructions from national or local authorities.Personal DataOn 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (otherwise known as GDPR) came into legal force in all EU Member States. The regulation reinforces the rights of individuals with regard to privacy in the processing of personal data. Seller Danza will only collect and process your personal data with your consent and when the processing of such data is required by law.
